How do I make a purchase?

Browse through our fabulous collection of exquisite Jewellery. Add the pieces you like to your cart by clicking on the ‘add to cart' button alongside each item. Review your selection by clicking on the cart icon at the top of the page. You can use the 'Remove from Cart' link to delete items from your cart if you wish to. To continue browsing, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on 'Check Out', choose the payment options listed, and complete a wonderful shopping experience with Arnav. Your purchases will make their way to you soon!

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

You don’t need to register create an account to browse through our collections. But you will have to create an account in order to make a purchase Please click on the Registration link and you should be sorted.

I have forgotten my password. what should I do?

Please follow the 'FORGOT PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page.

Can I customise my order before placing it?

If you are looking to get a customized piece designed, book an appointment with our Chief-Designer Ashwini Oza. Also, kindly note that we do not customize Silver jewellery.

Can I order an item which shows as ‘sold out’ on the website?

Unfortunately, one-of-a-kind designs cannot be re-ordered. But we do get fresh stock of other products that are currently sold out. Delivery of re-ordered pieces could take 2 - 3 weeks. Please click on ‘notify me’ alongside the sold-out product, & we will email you as soon as we have it back in stock.

Are the stone and jewellery colours accurate?

We have shown the colours of the products as accurately as we can on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed to you on your screen will be completely accurate, as colours depend on the electronic device that you use.

Are the sizes of the jewellery accurate?

Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site. Kindly check the proportion shots on our model, and the dimensions of each piece that is mentioned under product details before purchase.

Are the products authentic?

This is the official online store of Arnav – Jewellery from the Heart. We guarantee that every item we sell here is 100% authentic, and that the materials used are true to the description of metals & stones mentioned alongside the piece. We will not be able to guarantee the authenticity of any product not purchased on the official site.

Does the colour of the gold polish fade?

We use a high quality 22ct gold polish to coat our silver pieces. We recommend that they not be exposed to water, perfumes & oils or chemicals. Kindly store them in the plastic zip lock pouches that we provide with the packaging. Your pieces will fade slightly after a while. Please send them to us & we will re-polish them at a minimal cost.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Orders for ready products within India are shipped through reputed carriers. We are working on having them delivered to you within 4-5 working days.

We don’t ship internationally at the moment. But we are working on it and will be able to offer it to you in a few weeks from now. Do keep an eye on our page and we’ll announce it shortly!

Do you offer cash on delivery?

We do not have a COD option.

What size should I choose?

Please refer to our sizing charts for exact dimensions of our rings & bangles/ kadas. Adjustable products will not carry these details. For additional queries please contact us on [email protected]

What is the minimum order value for free delivery?

Orders above INR10,000 will be shipped free of charge

Does Arnav deliver internationally?

We don’t ship internationally at the moment. But we are working on it and will be able to offer it to you in a few weeks from now. Do keep an eye on our page and we’ll announce it shortly!

Can I add items to my order?

Yes, you’re welcome to add items to an existing order if we haven’t yet dispatched it. Kindly place a fresh order if your purchase has been dispatched already.

Can I change my shipping address after I have place my order?

You can change your shipping address before we have dispatched your purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able redirect your order to another address once your items have been dispatched.

How do I cancel my order?

Payments once accepted on an order cannot be cancelled. However if you do wish to cancel a purchase, do let us know and we will issue you a Credit Note for your amount that will be on your ARNAV wallet till your next purchase. [The validity period for the Credit Note is 180 days from the date of issue or 31st March.

What payment methods does Arnav accept?

We accept payments via credit, debit card, and netbanking. If you are not able to make a payment via the above listed methods, please send us an e-mail at (email address) and we will send you options to pay to us directly via bank transfer.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card details online at Arnav?

At Arnav, your personal online security is extremely important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Also, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

How long will it take to get refunds, if any?

We do not provide refund facility, as per the company policy. However if you do wish to cancel a purchase, do let us know and we will issue you a Credit Note for your amount that will be on your ARNAV wallet till your next purchase. The validity period for the Credit Note is 180 days from the date of issue or 31st March, whichever is earlier

How much duties or taxes i am paying?

For orders shipped within India, prices are EXCLUDING 3% GST.

What duties will I be paying for International shipping?

Duties and International taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations, and will be borne by the customer. Please note that we are unable to advise on the amount of custom duty.

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

We do not allow exchanges or returns.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Every jewellery package from ARNAV arrives at your doorstep in a durable, secure packing. Your piece/s will be bubble-wrapped and delivered to you in our gorgeous silk pouches, encased in a sturdy courrugated box.
