What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Orders for ready products within India are shipped through reputed carriers. Within India the standard delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Does Arnav ship internationally?

We now ship internationally to The United States, Singapore and the UAE. So shop till you drop! Exemplary product line and excellent customer service guaranteed.International orders are usually delivered within 15-20 business days. A flat shipping fee of INR 1500 is applied to all international orders.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

You can change your shipping address before we have dispatched your purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to redirect your order to another address once your items have been dispatched

What packaging will my order be shipped in? 

Every Jewellery package from ARNAV arrives at your doorstep in a durable, secure packing. Your piece/s will be bubble-wrapped and delivered to you in our gorgeous silk pouches, encased in a sturdy corrugated box.

Lifetime service/ Repairs.

To show our appreciation of you our valued customer, we are offering you lifetime repairs on every online purchase that you make on www.arnav.in.
T&C:
-This facility applies to semi-precious stones, Crystals, or freshwater Pearls that are/were part of the Pure Silver Jewelry you purchased from us (online ONLY), that may have fallen off due to wear & tear.
-We can replace them only if you have retained the stone for refixing, or if we have that particular shape, colour, size, & type of stone, and not otherwise.
-Repairs for metal breakages will not be undertaken.
This service does not apply to Gold or Silver polishing of any jewellery.

What is return policy?

Returns and exchange will only be accepted if your order has damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product.

In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn) with the original packaging.

How do I Exchange?

-Please email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +91 888414216 with a photograph of the product and the package.
-Once we approve the return, Ship the box back to us at the return address below. You can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like.
-Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered
-Once we receive the package, we will update you with further details on exchange of the product. 

Note: For minor colour and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a exchange.
